For Bystrouška, we created a system that will help them manage all their people while having all their orders automated. In the system you will find e.g. perfect connection of the calendar with orders and planning and reality, as well as automatic invoicing immediately after the order.

What you can find in the system:
- calendar linked to Google calendar in which you can create recurring studio bookings and shift according to the actual time spent in the studio
- the calendar is linked to the invoicing system, where all prices are automatically entered and the profit and total invoiced amount are calculated
- orders can be in the kanban board, where they are simply moved according to the state they are in
- automatic invoicing of orders
- invoicing is linked to their bank and when the amount is paid, the order automatically enters the paid status
- complete data upload and synchronization from 2 systems – removal of duplicates
- possibility to use multiple google calendars in one AutoCRM calendar, so that it can still be distinguished by some field
- the system includes smart features from Google such as bulk delete, bulk edit, bulk move
