Our Story

We owe it to our clients and our entire team

We are a team of CRM and IT enthusiasts who decided to change the way Czech and Slovak companies run their businesses. We started in 2018 as a small startup with a big dream -- to create a modern, affordable and truly useful solution for businesses of all sizes.

Our work began with analyzing dozens of CRM systems on the market. We found that most of them were either too complex, too expensive, or simply did not meet the needs of small and medium businesses. That is why we decided to create AutoCRM -- a system that is intuitive, flexible and fully functional.

Today we help hundreds of companies automate key processes -- from manufacturing and warehousing, through invoicing and CRM, to project management and reporting. Our system is designed to grow with your company.

Our goal is to constantly push the boundaries of what a modern CRM system can do. That is why we integrate artificial intelligence into all our modules and help companies work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

Milestones that define us

2018

AutoCRM Founded

David Sivaj founds AutoCRM with the vision to create a modern, affordable CRM system for Czech and Slovak companies. The first prototype is born.

2019

First Customers

AutoCRM gains its first 50 customers. We launch modules for invoicing, CRM and contact management. The team grows to 5 people.

2020

Manufacturing & Warehouse Modules

We launch the manufacturing management and warehouse modules. User count exceeds 200. We expand the team with developers and support staff.

2021

Integrations & API

We open our API for external service connections. We add integrations with accounting systems, e-shops and carriers. Growing to 500+ users.

2023

AI Revolution

We integrate artificial intelligence into all modules. Automatic invoice processing, predictive analytics and an AI assistant for customers.

2024

150+ Users

We surpass 150 satisfied users. The team numbers over 25 specialists. AutoCRM becomes one of the fastest-growing CRM systems in the Czech Republic.

Founder of Apertia.ai and an IT architect with over 20 years of experience. His mission is to create a single system that connects AI agents, CRM and web solutions into a unified ecosystem. He held positions as IT Architect at O2 Czech Republic and Solution Designer at T-Mobile, gaining deep insight into enterprise IT and the needs of large organizations. He co-founded Easy Software Ltd. and helped build it into a successful international technology company. Today he is fully dedicated to Apertia.ai -- a platform that brings AI agents, AutoCRM, AutoCRM and comprehensive IT solutions to businesses. He believes technology should simplify business, not complicate it. That is why he builds systems that truly work and deliver measurable results.
