ERP for a service and supply company for the Slovak market

In project management, they prepare projects and tasks for the assembly and installation itself, as well as for service interventions and inspections, but also for the regular agenda. They have prepared handover reports for all service and revision interventions, which the client signs on the spot in the CRM system. Of course, the entire business CRM process with registration of clients, business cases, inquiries, offers and their evaluation is a matter of course. The entire ERP system is complemented by analytics and reports and automation so that management can run the company more efficiently and all colleagues can simplify their work.
