Connecting CRM to Asterisk PBX

We connected the CRM system to the Asterisk telephone exchange. What the system can do:

 

  • dialing phone numbers directly from the CRM system
  • recording of both call streams and assignment to the customer
  • when someone calls, the system will show you who is calling and from which company
  • at the moment of the call, a small window opens in which a record can be added or edited directly to the client (all fields are easily modifiable and can be changed at any time at the customer’s request)

  • you can schedule your next call very easily
  • if the client e.g. solves the complaint, you can open another window where you can see all the information about the complaint.
  • the setup is individual, because you can browse anything in the NoCode AutoCRM platform it’s very simple

The system is designed for call centers, backoffice, customer care or anyone who needs to have recorded calls, both incoming and outgoing, and a complete overview.

Price: is individual, but can start from 230 USD per month. It always depends on the customer’s requirements.
