In the organisation entity you will find all the companies your company does business with, but there can also be suppliers, business partners, competitors and any company you have a relationship with. The organisation is the focal point of the entire CRM system.
As you can see in the picture, you have absolutely all the information you need at the organization:
- billing and correspondence data
- all contacts
- the entire history of communication
- full stream
- e.g. complete hours worked
and of course you can add any entity you need. The system is variable and you can assign any entity.
The organization in the CRM modeler is one of the main entities.
